Pseudemys nelsoni

The Pseudemys nelsoni turtle (Pseudemys nelsoni) is a large aquatic turtle that should be kept in a spacious aquaterrarium, not a regular fish tank. Females can reach about 37 cm in carapace length. Sufficient water space, a dry area for complete exit from the water, adequate heating and UVB lighting are required.
