Crowntail Betta (Betta splendens Crowntail)

Crowntail Betta (Betta splendens Crowntail) is a striking selectively bred form of Betta, distinguished by its characteristic crown-like fins with clearly extended fin rays. It reaches approximately 5-7 cm and is best kept alone in a well-established aquarium with calm water, plants and hiding places. Males should not be kept together, and tank mates must be selected carefully - avoiding aggressive, overly active or fin-nipping fish.
