Electric Blue Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi "Electric Blue")

Electric Blue Ram (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi "Electric Blue") is a small, beautiful and peaceful South American cichlid, distinguished by its delicate blue coloration, metallic iridescence and elegant behaviour. It reaches approximately 5-7 cm and does best in a well-established aquarium with clean, warm and stable water, plants and hiding places. It can be kept with small, peaceful fish, but is not a good choice for newly established aquariums or for keeping with aggressive or overly active tank mates.
