Exo Terra T5 8W UVB Light

The product is a high-performance UVB fixture for reptiles, specially designed for use with the Exo Terra Reptile UVB VHO T5 bulb, but it can also be used with any other T5 linear fluorescent bulb of the appropriate wattage. Its elegant and stylish design is suitable for all types of terrariums and blends perfectly into any interior.

The high-quality electronic ballast completely eliminates flickering and increases the performance and lifespan of any T5 VHO bulb. The Exo Terra T5 Terrarium Top is equipped with a grounded plug for maximum safety and is protected against over-voltage, over-current, end-of-lamp-life conditions (EOL), and overheating.

The highly polished reflector increases the lamp output by 2.5 times. Up to 10 Exo Terra T5 Terrarium Top fixtures can be easily linked using the optional grounded interconnection cable. This reduces cable clutter and allows all 10 fixtures to be controlled with a single timer.

The Exo Terra T5 Terrarium Top can simply be placed on top of the terrarium mesh cover or installed inside the terrarium using mounting clips, which are sold separately.

It is extremely important to always combine UV lighting with a generous source of infrared radiation, such as the Exo Terra Intense Basking Spot or Halogen Basking Spot.
