Thick-Lipped Gourami (Trichogaster labiosa)

Thick-Lipped Gourami (Trichogaster labiosa) is a peaceful, attractive and relatively hardy labyrinth fish, well suited to a well-established community or planted aquarium. It reaches approximately 8-10 cm, with males typically displaying brighter coloration, while females are paler and more rounded. It does best in an aquarium with calm water, plants, hiding places and peaceful tank mates, without aggressive or overly active fish.
