Aqua Vitro Ions restores the balance in the ecosystem by using the most concentrated, fully dissolved magnesium. The product does not contain ammonia.

Like calcium and strontium, magnesium is also used for the calcification of the skeletons of reef organisms. In addition to its role in calcification, magnesium is used by organisms ranging from bacteria to coralline algae and fish.

How can you determine if magnesium levels are insufficient? There are several indicators: severely depleted magnesium levels (below 800 mg/L) can cause depressed pH levels and an inability to maintain proper calcium levels. The best way to determine if you need a magnesium supplement is to test for it.

Directions for use:

Beginner: Use 5 mL for every 90 L of water, twice a week. Check magnesium levels once a week and adjust the amount or frequency as needed.

Advanced: Check the magnesium level, then follow the dosing instructions on the label until magnesium levels are adjusted to 1200-1350 mg/L. Afterward, use as needed to maintain magnesium levels.
