Egeria densa

The cosmopolitan Egeria densa is an excellent plant for beginners, and its fast growth helps establish balance in the aquarium from the very beginning. The stems grow quickly to a height of 40–100 cm and become 2–4 cm wide. Egeria helps prevent algae growth, as it absorbs a large amount of nutrients from the water.

The growth rate largely depends on the amount of light and available nutrients. Growth does not stop under unfavorable conditions, but the plant becomes lighter in color.

Planting instructions:
Remove the plant from the pot. Carefully clean the roots from the wool. It is recommended to use the plant as a floating plant.
