JUWEL Carbax is a highly effective filter medium with granulated activated carbon, designed for chemical filtration of aquarium water. It quickly and permanently binds discolouration, unpleasant odours, and toxic substances, helping to maintain crystal-clear water in the aquarium.

Unlike standard carbon filter media, with JUWEL Carbax the entire carbon grain is activated, not only its surface. This provides more effective and long-lasting adsorption of impurities.

JUWEL Carbax is also suitable for use after fish treatment, as it helps remove residual medication from the water.
