Seachem POND Health Guard

Pond Health Guard is a preventive disinfectant treatment for ponds. It does not contain malachite green or other foaming agents. When used as directed, the product is safe for both fish and plants.

Directions for Use:
Use 125 mL (half a cup) per 1,000 liters (approximately 265 gallons) of water. The product disperses quickly to avoid local overdosing. For preventive purposes, use ¼ of the regular dose.

If treatment is required for a large number of fish, first assess their sensitivity to stress. If the fish show signs of stress (such as gasping at the surface, inflamed gills, clamped fins, or unusual behavior), do not reapply the product. If signs of acute stress occur, immediately begin water replacement to dilute the product.

Seachem Pond Health Guard should not be combined with other treatments. Do not use if oxygen levels are low or if the water temperature exceeds 30°C (86°F). Adding this product to polluted water can lead to oxygen depletion.
