Substrate SeaChem Flourite™ 0.5-3mm 3.5kg / 7kg

Seachem Flourite™ is a specially sized clay substrate designed for planted aquariums. It is most effective when used alone as the primary substrate, but it can also be mixed with other substrates. The use of laterite is not necessary. The substrate is not chemically treated and will not affect the pH of the aquarium water in any way. However, it can be rinsed before use to remove any potential dust. Pour the water slowly and use a separate container to diffuse the stream. Initial cloudiness is normal and will clear up quickly (2-12 hours). To reduce the time for water clarity, use Seachem Clarity in combination with a mechanical filter (such as filter floss). Calculation: for a bottom size of 40 x 40 cm with a substrate thickness of 5 cm, one package will be required.
